Account Manager

Vertify is looking for an accomplished Account Manager to own our customer relationships. The ideal candidate wants to win and will have 1-3 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, enjoys solving problems, proactively communicates, can juggle competing priorities and excels at moving fast.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Get results 
  • Be the go to person customers interact with daily
  • Drive and close annual software renewals
  • Hit sales and renewal targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Handle customer questions relating to pricing / contracts
  • Upsell existing accounts at time of renewal, or restructuring agreements due to increased usage, or the need for additional professional services
  • Conduct account review calls throughout the year
  • Identify key stakeholders and awareness of account activity
  • Work closely with your teammates to be aware of account health and needs
  • Log all sales activity completely and accurately in our CRM

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years SaaS sales or account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to build relationships quickly
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve

COMPENSATION

Annual OTE consisting of competitive base salary and variable commission based on experience level and quota attainment.
