To make sure that we can scale and meet market expectations, we’re looking for a seasoned technology executive who has experience working with enterprise software apps, data modeling and database architecture, and understanding of business process, automation, and workflows.  This role will have a tremendous impact on our company, and our customers. 


As our Solutions Architect, you’ll provide solution architecture and design for new integrations and/or changes to existing integrations. This is a customer-facing role. In doing so, you will be laser-focused on prospect and customer challenges/needs - business and technical.  You will understand the big picture, but also live and breathe details.  Your exceptional technical expertise should be matched by an equally impressive stage presence and relationship savvy.


Your primary objective is to help us win by proving why and how the Vertify platform is uniquely suited to meet prospect needs. You'll become an expert on the Vertify platform, including how it compares to competing solutions.


You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives to proactively understand and address prospect needs and concerns.  Day-to-day activities include conducting technical discovery, leading solutions discussions and on-site workshops, building tailored proofs of concept, and assisting with RFPs and software demonstrations.  This also includes laying out proposed architecture for integration solutions when prospects/customers want to customize their integration and/or integrate to new systems.  As a key cross-functional team player, you'll work closely with counterparts in professional services and product management.


  • Proactively collaborate with Account Executives in a wide-ranging, fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs and pains
  • Confidently demonstrate the Vertify value proposition through highly customized solution discussions, presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops
  • Exude the technical excellence of the Vertify platform
  • Assist with laying out proposed architecture for integration solutions when prospects/customers want to customize their integration and/or integrate to new systems
  • Provide value-based technical insight, feedback and recommendations across a wide range of topics
  • Drive evolution of the Vertify product from the front lines by maintaining a close dialogue with product management
  • Aid customer success by ensuring a thorough hand-off to post-sales teams
  • Support the entire presales team by sharing expertise, and creating and evangelizing customer-facing solution assets
  • Understand and stay current on the needs of digital marketers, sales, and finance leaders, and the technical staff that support them


Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related customer-facing technical role, presales preferred
  • Experience providing solution recommendations to a broad range of customers
  • Strong development skills; expertise with at least one modern programming language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly dependable, proactive and positive
